Ampetra operates under strict data minimization principles. No personally identifiable information is stored in plain text. All metadata is hashed at ingestion using secure cryptographic functions, ensuring raw session data is never retained.

2. On-Chain Anonymity (Solana Network)

The protocol interacts exclusively with public wallet keys. No linkage exists between blockchain transactions and real-world identity within our routing engine. Zero-Knowledge methodologies are implemented where applicable to validate eligibility without exposing sensitive information.

3. Zero-Leakage Third-Party Policy

Ampetra does not sell, trade, or distribute user data. Technical telemetry logs are encrypted and purged every 24 hours to reduce footprint and eliminate persistent storage risks.

4. Global Compliance (GDPR)

Engineered to exceed GDPR and international data protection standards. Users may invoke the “Right to be Forgotten” protocol at any time to erase non-essential off-chain session data.
