1. Protocol Interface vs. Operational Grid

Ampetra Protocol functions solely as a technological interface enabling access to decentralized RWA energy settlement nodes. It does not provide financial, investment, or advisory services. Users interact with smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure at their own discretion.

2. Eligibility & Access

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. Wallet custody, private key security, and transaction authorization remain the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Smart Contract Execution

All transactions executed via Solana Mainnet are cryptographically verified and irreversible upon finality. Ampetra cannot reverse, modify, or recover on-chain transactions.

4. Prohibited Activities

Attempts to manipulate protocol logic, execute Sybil attacks, deploy malicious bots, or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate and permanent blacklist enforcement.
